What to include when you write
You will get a faster and more useful answer if you tell us:
Sizing questions — your height, your weight, and what you train. For children, add their age. That is usually enough for us to recommend a size outright.
About an existing order — your order number, and the name the order was placed under.
A problem with something you have received — your order number, what is wrong, and a photograph. Photographs save an enormous amount of back-and-forth on anything that looks like a defect.
Club or bulk orders — what you need, roughly how many, and when you need it by. Grading and tournament deadlines drive everything, so tell us the date.
Proof of payment — email or WhatsApp it with your name as the reference, and we will get your order moving.
Quick answers
Do you deliver nationwide? Yes, across South Africa by courier. Gauteng R150, elsewhere R200, and collection from us is free.
How long does delivery take? 1–5 business days from the time payment clears, for items in stock. Backordered items take longer and we will tell you how long.
How do I pay? Card or Instant EFT at checkout, or direct bank transfer. Bank transfer details appear on the order-received page and in your confirmation email.
Can I return something? Yes — see our Refund and Returns Policy. Most unused items can go back within 7 days, and anything defective within 6 months.
Which size should I buy? Start with the Size Guide, then ask us if you are still unsure.
Do you stock for arts other than karate? Yes — talk to us about what you need.
Clubs and instructors
If you run a dojo or a club, contact us directly rather than ordering piecemeal through the website. Squad kit, grading stock and club-quantity orders work better as a conversation, and we can plan around your grading calendar.
