Delivery times
Once your order is dispatched, The Courier Guy’s standard delivery timeframes apply. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
International orders
We do not export from South Africa. We don’t handle customs, duties or cross-border paperwork.
We can still get your order to you. Appoint your own exporter, clearing agent or freight forwarder inside South Africa, and we’ll courier your order to them at our normal domestic rates above. From there they handle the export and the delivery to you. We’ve done this for customers in Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Angola and Mauritius.
- Email [email protected] before you order, with your exporter’s South African address.
- Place your order using that address as the delivery address. Normal domestic courier rates apply.
- We courier to them and send you the tracking.
- Your exporter handles customs, duties and delivery to your country. Anything they charge is between you and them.
Our responsibility ends when your exporter takes delivery in South Africa. Our refund and returns policy still applies, but returns must reach us from within South Africa.
